Sudha Rustagi, sister of President Shri Dharamvir Gupta, a beaming teenager, prematurely snatched away by the cruel hand of fate, lives in the hearts of the family and the college owes its name to her cherished memory.

On behalf of the society and the institution, I welcome new students to Sudha Rustagi College of Dental Sciences and Research. I assure the wards and the parents that stay of their wards in the institution for the next five years will make them one of the best healthcare professionals, who will be able to meet challenges in life and the need of the society.
